David joined Palmetto Commercial Real Estate in July 2006 and has been a tremendous asset to the brokerage team. He comes to the Palmetto Commercial Team with extensive experience in recreational property brokerage and 1031 tax deferred exchange brokerage. David attended West Florence High School and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies concentrating in Business Management. David was a member of the UNC Wilmington men's tennis team and was a founding father of a national fraternity chapter. He brings with him over 10 years of combined experience in chemical and real estate sales, as well as ownership of a local restaurant franchise in the Florence area. David resides in Florence with his wife Sonja, a local 3-K school teacher, and their 2 daughters. Some of David’s interests include hunting, fishing and various outdoor activities. He and his family are members of Darlington Presbyterian Church. David has spent a good part of his life in the area and he is involved at many levels within the community, including the Chamber of Commerce. |
